All prices are shown and charged in US Dollars (USD). Prices shown include no sales tax; where sales tax applies it is calculated at checkout before you pay and shown as a separate line.

Shipping is added at checkout and shown before you pay. There are no other fees — no card-processing fee, no handling fee, no weight or oversize surcharge.

Prices can change, but the price you see at checkout is the price you are charged. If we get a price obviously and materially wrong — a decimal point in the wrong place — we will contact you and cancel and refund the order rather than ship at an error price.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we dispatch the goods and send you a tracking number, not when the payment is authorised.

We may decline an order — because a part is out of stock, because the delivery address cannot be served by the carrier, or because a payment cannot be verified. If we decline, any authorisation is released or refunded in full and nothing further is charged.

Stock is shown honestly. Where a page says a part is low, it means we hold fewer than ten. If something sells out between your order and our packing it, we will email you and refund that line immediately rather than hold the order.

Everything sold here is general-purpose workshop hardware sold at retail. Each product page publishes a complete specification: material and grade, exact size and thread, weight, finish and tolerance, origin, care, and the conditions the part is NOT rated for. That record is the specification. Please read it, particularly the last part.

Three limits are load-bearing across the catalogue and are repeated here because they are the ones that matter. First: the fasteners are a general-purpose assortment and are NOT rated for overhead lifting, rigging, towing, or any structural or load-bearing application — those require certified, individually traceable hardware, which this is not, and no proof load or torque figure is supplied. Second: the brass fittings are NOT certified for potable drinking water, gas, steam, fuel or hydraulics, and are sold for workshop, display and low-pressure use only. Third: the hand tools are not insulated and are not for live electrical work, and are not impact tools.

A part used outside its stated limits has not failed as a product and is not covered. A part that fails inside them is covered in full, and we want to hear about it.

Where your local code requires certified components or a licensed installer — plumbing and gas work in most places — that requirement applies regardless of what we sell you.

Photographs show representative parts. Finishes vary between batches in the ways each product page describes, and unlacquered brass will darken permanently.

Set out in full in the Returns & Refunds policy, which forms part of these terms. In summary: unused parts can be returned within 30 days on a prepaid label with no restocking fee, and anything damaged, short or wrong is replaced or refunded in full.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under consumer law that cannot be limited by agreement.

Where a promotion runs, its full terms — what it applies to, the dates it runs between, and any minimum spend — are stated on the page offering it and at checkout before you pay.

Unless the offer says otherwise: one promotional code per order, codes cannot be combined with each other, codes have no cash value, and a code cannot be applied to an order already placed.

There is no subscription, no membership, no auto-renewal and no recurring charge of any kind on this site. Every order is a single purchase, charged once.

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, except where the law does not permit that limit — which includes death or personal injury caused by negligence, and fraud.

We are not liable for delays caused by a carrier, by weather, or by anything else outside our reasonable control, but we will replace or refund an order that does not arrive.

We are not liable for loss or damage arising from a part being used outside the limits published on its product page.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, and the courts of that state have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
